Koivulan Tila

Koivulan Tila has been farmed by five generations of the same family since the 19th century in Laukaa. Over the years, the farm focused on strawberry cultivation, and since 2016 it has specialized in traditional fish smoking.

The smoking ovens are handcrafted to ensure the highest possible quality, and the fish are smoked by hand every day using genuine alder wood smoke. Tradition and local expertise are reflected in every product, while freshness remains a matter of pride.

The farm is dedicated to offering authentic flavors and values a slow, time-honored production process where quality always comes before quantity.

Products can be purchased directly from the farm on Fridays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
