Windsurfing Try-Out and Introduction

Welcome to try windsurfing on land and at sea at Helsingfors Segelklubb in Lauttasaari!

You can take part in the beach-area activities in a relaxed way, for example by trying windsurfing on a land-based windsurfing simulator. You can also head out onto the water to try windsurfing under professional guidance.

The beach try-out is open to all ages and does not require advance registration, so you can drop by whenever it suits you.

Participation in the on-water try-out requires booking a place through Suomisport. All necessary equipment is provided, from wetsuits to windsurfing boards, so you do not need your own gear. An instructor will be with you on the water at all times to ensure safety and provide guidance.

After the try-out, you are welcome to use the club’s changing rooms, showers and sauna facilities.
