In 2003, two friends came together to open a restaurant in downtown Helsinki. The idea was straight forward, offering memorable experiences and delicious food in a relaxed environment. This philosophy has remained true through the years, maintaining reliability. In the year 2007 the restaurant's reputation surpassed itself and Demo was granted a Michelin Star which it has retained to this day. In October 2024 Demo was reopened to a new location.
