14. Juhannuskallio Midsummer Rock

Ounasvaara is one of the best places to experience the Midnight Sun in Rovaniemi. The rocky hilltop of Juhannuskallio offers sweeping views and a perfect setting for a midnight picnic, continuing a long tradition of Midsummer celebrations. The official Midnight Sun period lasts from 6.6. to 7.7., though the nights remain light well beyond these dates.
