The Market Hall has an accessible entrance at the south end of the building. The Tourist Info is LGBTQ+ friendly and has the STF sustainability label ♿🏳️‍🌈♻️

panOulu is a free wireless network available for all in the city centre, libraries, city offices and university campuses.
