Häkkilän kotiseutumuseo

The Häkkilä Museum is located four kilometers from the center of Toholampi in the direction of Kannus, along the Lestijoki River. The main exhibition is in the Häkkilä village house, a former elementary school. Items are also displayed in a lofted storehouse built in 1781 and in two other storehouses, one of which dates from 1712 and is among the oldest in Ostrobothnia.

The collections portray life in the area from the Stone Age to the present. The museum is open by appointment.
