At Pisara swimming hall, you can refresh yourself in spring water.

In the larger pool, you can swim, exercise, or do aqua jogging, whether you want an energetic workout or a more relaxed experience. The larger pool is 18 metres long and 6 metres wide, with an average depth of 2 metres.

The swimming hall is also enjoyable for younger swimmers: Pisara has a 4.5-metre children’s pool and a water slide. For cooling off, you can take a dip in the cold-water pool, and after swimming you can warm up in the sauna next to the washing facilities.

Pisara swimming hall also offers guided exercise classes in the autumn and spring. You can register for the adult education centre’s water aerobics groups on the institute’s website: KanTo.

“One could jokingly describe the Härkäneva swimming hall, in all modesty, as a rather high-quality firewater reservoir. According to regulations, a firewater reservoir and a civil defence shelter had to be built in the area. However, Finn Spring’s CEO Hannu Ali-Haapala came up with the idea of building a swimming hall with saunas to meet these needs.”
