Constantine the Great

Saint Constantine the Great was the first Roman emperor who recognized Christianity and ended the Christian prosecutions. He renounced paganism and moved the capital of empire to Constantinople (today Istanbul). His feast day is celebrated on 21st of May, the same day as his mothers feast day.
