Kädenjälki Shop and Design and Craft Boutique Sará

Kädenjälki shop offers products from more than 50 local artisans from Laukaa. Design and craft boutique Sará is a shared store created by three artisan women and is located in the center of Laukaa, connected to the Kädenjälki store.

Sará boutique features products by local brands Joudukas and Design Sirkku, as well as a retail point for Sisustus- ja käsityöliike Hilma ja Onni from Konnevesi. Kädenjälki was originally founded from the idea of local entrepreneur Seija Janhunen, and the store opened in January 1998.

Kädenjälki functions as a kind of indoor marketplace maintained by local craftspeople themselves. The selection includes interior décor items, household textiles, jewelry, as well as a wide variety of knitting yarns and craft supplies.
