The museum’s permanent exhibition gives a comprehensive picture of the fortress and the life of its inhabitants in the 18th and 19th centuries.The exhibition includes personal objects, tools and weapons found at
Suomenlinna.

The “Suomenlinna Experience” short film in museums auditorium presents the complex story of the fortress, spanning through history from its foundation to the present day.The duration of the film is approximately 25 minutes. The show starts every half hour, and the last film of the day starts one hour before the museum closes.

Language options for film: Finnish, Swedish, English, German, French, Russian, Spanish, Chinese, and Japanese.
