Musiikkitalo Tour
By MusiikkitaloStart the tour when standing on the Kansalaistori Square.
When you are here, open the card below to start listening.
Walk from the left side of the Laulupuut-artwork towards the entrance.
Once you're inside, please start the next audio track.
The entrance you came in through is behind you.
Turn right towards the Musiikkitalo café at the next signposting point. If you wish, you can rest for a while in the café. Please start the next audio track near the café.
Now, go to the second floor
Once upstairs, please start the next audio track.
Go to the other end of the Balcony Foyer, and find the stairs.
When you reach the bottom, turn left towards the corridor and stop at the next point next to the glass wall of the Concert Hall, where you can play the next audio.
Walk forward now and you will next see a long mirror to your right.
After the mirror, turn right and stop in front of the door: this is the entrance to the Sibelius Academy. If the door is open, you can go inside for the next point. Otherwise, please play the next audio track at the entrance.
Next we go to the Mannerheimintie entrance, which is best reached by lift.
If you are facing the entrance to the Sibelius Academy, turn around and go around the corner to the right. There you will find lifts going up to the Mannerheimintie entrance. Please play the next audio track at the Mannerheimintie entrance of Musiikkitalo, best reached by lift.
Walk down the stairs and pass the info point.
Go near the entrance to the People's Square for the next point. Please play the next audio track once you’re by the entrance.
