Description

Welcome to the Anti‑Aircraft Museum in Tuusula, located about 14 km from Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. The museum’s grounds span three exhibition halls and an expansive outdoor area showcasing anti-aircraft weapons from 1925 to the present day - from World War I era guns and missile systems to a fully mounted S-125 Neva/Pechora and pieces from the BUK M1 system.

Inside, you’ll walk through the story of Finland’s air-defence branch: starting with the establishment of the AA unit at Suomenlinna in 1925, through the WW II air-wars around Helsinki, and up to modern missile systems used today. The museum welcomes visitors of all backgrounds and offers a rich mix of technology, history, and military heritage - accessible without prior specialist knowledge.
